Well.

For the text I'd use any old text that looks good or has a cool style.
The Theme can be anything aslong as it's not fully naked girls. Censored or Bikini wear is aloud.
I don't really have an image for you, but an anime or character render is a must.
Colours, well either have the colour scheme of... White / Blue | Black / Orange | Black / Red or Yellow / Black. There all ones I quite like.
